             Osaka VIP Reservation Agreement

By placing a setup fee through Osaka’s Online Reservation System you agree to the following:

This reservation is for Osaka Japanese Steakhouse & Seafood located at 1207 Tradewinds Blvd, Midland, TX 79706. This is a VIP Reservation which includes a designated VIP section, personal server, condiments, complimentary no wait in line provided all guests are present.

VIP Section Packages: All include soup, salad, Sampler Platter Appetizer (eggrolls, wontons, crab puffs, tempura veggies) & soft drinks. Served with hibachi vegetables and your choice of steamed or fried rice or noodles. See protein variations by package on VIP Reservation pages and select items to be served to entire party.

Payment & Setup Fee: A valid credit card is required to book your reservation. If your group fails to arrive, the setup fee paid through Osaka’s reservation system will be a non-refundable charge (minimum of $100) and your reservation will be forfeited. Please bring the credit card used for the online setup fee or select another form of payment upon arrival. Please note that we require a valid CC and ID upon seating.

Important: All guests in the party must be present at the time you select. Reservations have a maximum two (2) hour limit from the time you reserved. The show must start at the reservation time, please notify your guests to arrive 10 minutes early.

VIP Package Reservations:

  • Package VIP Room setup fees are non-refundable.

  • If the cancellation occurs within 5 (five) days prior to event, you must contact a manager at 432 617 7252 and the fees are not refundable.

  • Setup Fee required on room by credit card only.

  • 20% Gratuity for a single check will be added to the total bill and is not optional.

  • No Split Checks.

  • No-shows on the day of the event will result in a minimum room charge of $500 plus sales tax and 20% gratuity.

  • Your credit card will be used to open a tab upon seating your party and will remain open until the end of your event.

  • The final charge on this credit card will be subject to the number of guests attending the event.  There is a 5 (five) person grace.

  • Setup Fees (Non-refundable):  A credit card payment of $100 is required to reserve the VIP room.  Your credit card will be used to open a tab upon seating your party and will remain open until the end of your event.

  • Menu Selections Available:  Package A or B only one package can be served per event.  No combinations.  Preselected items only.

  • Minimum food and beverages (excluding alcohol) charge of $500 for dinner and $300 for lunch.

  • ****Clients are not allowed to change from Packages to Open Menu!

Open Menu VIP Reservations:

  • Minimum food and beverages (excluding alcohol) charge of $500 for dinner and $300 for lunch.

  • Setup fee required on room by credit card only.

  • 20% Gratuity for a single guest check or 25% gratuity for separate guest checks, this cannot be negotiated and is not optional.

  • No-shows on the day of the event will result in a minimum room charge of $500 plus sales tax and 20% gratuity.

  • A credit card is required to open your party’s tab and will remain open until the end of your party.

  • Setup Fees:  Open menu setup fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and WILL NOT get applied towards the final bill.  If cancellation occurs within 5 (five) days prior to event you must contact a manager at (432) 296-4324 (432) 559-7446.

  • Less than 10 (ten) people – $100 evening or $50 lunch (non-refundable)

  • 11-15 people – $150 evening or $125 lunch (non-refundable)

  • 16-19 people – $200 evening or $150 lunch (non-refundable)

  • Anything over 20 people requires a package selection (either Package A or B or package arrangement with a manager).
