VIP ROOM 1 Rules and Restrictions
• Package Vip Rooms are refundable. Unless cancelled.. We must be notified in advance 24 hrs ahead of time notice to receive deposit back.
• If cancellation occurs within five (5) days prior to event. You must contact an assistant manager at (432) 617-7252 for cancellations.
• Set up fee required on room (by credit card only.)
• 20% Gratuity for a single guest check.
• No Split Checks
• No-shows on the day of the event will result in a minimum room charge of $500.00 plus sales tax and 20% gratuity.
• Hours: Monday-Friday- Lunch 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Mon- Friday- Dinner 5:00 pm- 10:00 pm
Saturday- Sunday – Dinner all day
• Your credit card will remain open until the end of the party.
• The final charge on this credit card will be subject to the number of guests attending the event. There is a 5 person grace.
• Set up fees: A credit card deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the VIP room. This deposit will remain open until the end of your event. A minimum
of 10 guests per an event is required to refund this fee. Otherwise, it will be non-refundable.
Menu selections available: Package A, B, or C. Only one package can be served per an event. No combinations. Pre-selected items only.
Minimum food and beverages (excluding alcohol) charge of $500.00 for dinner and $300.00 for lunch.
