VIP ROOM 1 Rules and Restrictions

• Package Vip Rooms are refundable. Unless cancelled.. We must be notified in advance 24 hrs ahead of time notice to receive deposit back.

• If cancellation occurs within five (5) days prior to event. You must contact an assistant manager at (432) 617-7252 for cancellations.

• Set up fee required on room (by credit card only.)

• 20% Gratuity for a single guest check.

• No Split Checks

• No-shows on the day of the event will result in a minimum room charge of $500.00 plus sales tax and 20% gratuity.

• Hours: Monday-Friday- Lunch 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Mon- Friday- Dinner 5:00 pm- 10:00 pm

  Saturday- Sunday – Dinner all day

• Your credit card will remain open until the end of the party.

• The final charge on this credit card will be subject to the number of guests attending the event. There is a 5 person grace.

• Set up fees: A credit card deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the VIP room. This deposit will remain open until the end of your event. A minimum
  of 10 guests per an event is required to refund this fee. Otherwise, it will be non-refundable.

Menu selections available: Package A, B, or C. Only one package can be served per an event. No combinations. Pre-selected items only.

Minimum food and beverages (excluding alcohol) charge of $500.00 for dinner and $300.00 for lunch.

• 11-15 people – $150 evening or $125 lunch (nonrefundable)

Other Services

Conference Room

The private room is available for conferences. Coffee, soft drinks, and cookies are provided. Large screens are available for laptop access. This is priced hourly.

Catering

Catering includes:

• Soft drinks or iced tea

• Your choice of 2 appetizers: egg rolls, fried wontons, crab puffs, fried zucchini, or fried mushrooms

• Your choice of 2 meats: teriyaki chicken, sukiyaki steak, or hibachi shrimp

• Japanese vegetables and your choice of fried rice or noodles

• Options include: food pickup, delivery only, and delivery with servers

Company Accounts

Company accounts are available with direct draft. If your company needs a winning partner in entertaining clients and rewarding employees, we can handle it. It his can be done with just one monthly draft.
